DHA phase II Extension Islamabad is located on the west side of Rawalpindi in Islamabad. DHA Phase II is one of the largest communities in DHA Islamabad and consists of two sections. Phase I is on the east side and is located at the end of DHA Islamabad on Rawalpindi Road and Phase II is on the west side of Rawalpindi. Phase II is also known as the new Islamabad.

It is the first time when DHA conducts balloting for the residential plots of military and civilian categories. A residential plot of Defense Housing Authority (DHA) is being sold out via balloting. This balloting was conducted at the head office of DHA on 23rd December 2018.
In this balloting, limited residential plots were considered on such criteria, including but not limited to such matters as Priority was given to military allocated files as well as some civilians were also included on the basis of time and money.
There are approximately 5000 residential plot files in block 6 of DHA, and they have been voted into different sectors i.e lily, magnolia, rose, bluebell, and others.
DHA re-balloting 2
DHA Valley Islamabad has completed its mega balloting in phase II, re-balloting on 22 April 2019. It’s being reported that there are over 10,000 documents on the ballot, and they’ll be announced as soon as the voting begins.
Why strictly action from DHA valley Islamabad
In Dec 2013, DHA took a step to make the buyers of plots pay the outstanding dues for the plot so they may be able to enjoy the plot at the end of this year. But unfortunately, the defaulters did not pay the amount to date. The deadline for paying for their debt has been extended three times for giving more time to the allotters to make them possible for paid their remaining payment. On January 10th, the files of those who paid less than 4 installments were canceled. People took the project seriously after the action. It is helpful to gather enough money and reduce the number of allotters who wait for their plots.
