Carpeted Network of Roads

We all know that traffic in Pakistan is one of the major problems which are hampering the development of the country. In the Capital Smart City construction work of 300 feet long main boulevard area has been completed. This road will be helpful for public transport. This road will be constructed with the aim of making the transportation and traveling in the society easier.  it will also provide a better road environment for pedestrians. 

Progress in Site-02 & 03 in Overseas Block Area 1 & 2

According to the latest news in the society, the progress work in sites 1 & 2 in the society has begun. When the work of leveling and plotting in the society will be completed  then the is determined to focus on working on the infrastructure. 

Earthwork for Sector Mosque, the framework for the shaft and curbstone and saucer drainage is under construction in the block C of the Overseas Block.

Access Road from Chakari Road to Project Site has asphalt work. Construction began six months ahead of schedule. We’re expecting it to be finished in three years.

Official Launch of Capital Smart City – 2nd May 2019

The launch of Capital Smart City Islamabad was held at the site of Capital Smart City in a unique ceremony on May 2, 2019.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Freij Entertainment Int. & Capital Smart City on October 23rd, 2019 for the construction of an amusement park in Capital Smart City Islamabad.

The partnership was announced at the inauguration ceremony for the Capital Smart Smart, Islamabad. A land of more than 5,500 Kanals on 21st November, 2019 was recently bought at Chakri Road and River Sill by the capital smart city Islamabad along the river, with possession.

This extension area is a big one and will be added to the site of Capital Smart City Islamabad soon. The management is currently working on its master plan.

First Balloting Capital Smart City

We are sorry to inform you that the first Balloting event has been postponed for a month. We have a lot of exciting new features and updates we need to get through, so our community will get to experience them sooner rather than later.

This annual event was initially planned for the 3rd last week of November in 2019. Political instability in the capital region forced the organization to postpone the event for another month.

The elections were going to take place for the investors and the customers for the eligible candidates for the executive and overseas blocks of the society. This was a great opportunity to invest in good-quality property at the prime locations for CSCI. The society had also organized the map for the selection of the plots by the eligible investors of CSCI. There were two options. One was for the investors who have already paid 50% of the plot fee, and the other was for the ones who have paid full payment.

The last date was set for the eligible members to choose their desired plot numbers and it all was done on December 5, 2019. It was announced that after this date, it won’t be available.

Members were given the chance to visit the head office of Capital Smart City. The members were free to select the location they want.

Ballot Details

Once all plots have been chosen, eligible files will be included in the first ballot. The computerized ballot allotting land in a proposed project area to its owners will be held in, the 3rd week of December 2019.

At the end of the selection process, the remaining plot files will be included in the first ballot, which will be held in the 3rd week of December 2019. The residential and commercial plots allotted to the project will be done via computerized ballot, whereas the overseas and executive plots in the project will be allotted as per the allotment schedule.
