Bahria Enclave Project Details

Bahria Enclave Islamabad is a project by Bahria Town Pakistan, which consists of two phases known as Phase 1 and Phase 2. The two phases are divided up in accordance with the size of the land.

Phase 1 includes an area of 836 Kanal of land, and over 600 residential plots and Phase 2 encompasses 434 plots of land over 1180 Kanal.

The society has a total of 15 sectors along with their respective sub-sectors. They are named alphabetically from A to P. All of the sectors contain residential plots having options of 5, 8, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal plots and 4, 5, and 8 Marla commercial plots.

Construction of 11 Marla Villas is now underway. The project will be completed by the end of the year. Block A

Block A is the most expensive block in the community because it’s been fully developed to a total of 100%. Land ownership has been granted to the plot.

Bahria Enclave Islamabad is a neighborhood in Islamabad located at the very entrance of Bahria Town. It comprises a variety of residential and commercial plots. The block offers its residents a variety of civic and commercial facilities.

Construction work is ongoing in ‘Cube’, A Luxury apartment building. It is planned that the possession of the apartments in this project will be granted to the owners of the project after 8 months. The land in block B is, however, in depression and needs a lot of filling, which will increase the cost of construction on these plots.

Block B

Sector B is ready for occupancy. All amenities are included, and there is no work required before moving in. Possession is also handed over to the owners in this block. Block is the only drawback of investing in this house. Lower plots are located higher than the ground level. Therefore, it will increase the cost of building.

Block C

This block is Sector C, which includes the extension of Kanal C. The sector details are listed below:

Sector E

The property is surrounded by sectors A and B in Bahria enclave, and is a fully-developed sector with a private pool. The fact that the industry still fails to attract many investors because of the location of the plots.

Most plots available in this sector are lower than the ground level, which is unfortunate and not suitable for investment purposes.

Sector F and F-1:
